Someone approved by mistake. Can it be undone?

The reviewer can use Withdraw on the review link in the browser they used to approve. If that browser is unavailable, they can ask the engineer to withdraw it from the project’s approval menu. The approval history is kept and shows who withdrew it.

If the audio needs a correction, upload a new version and ask the client to approve it. Approval of the earlier version does not approve the replacement. Unrelease the files if the replacement should not be downloaded yet.

Deleting a version retains its approval record with a reference to the deleted version. Deleting the project removes the project’s approval records. For a record that needs correction, contact support and describe the issue.
