Someone approved by mistake. Can it be undone?
No. An approval is a record of what happened, so it stays. Upload the next version and get that one signed off.
No, and that is deliberate rather than missing. Neither the client nor you can delete an approval from Soneam. What it records is that a named person pressed the button at a time, and a record you can remove on request is not evidence of anything.
What you do instead is carry on. Upload the corrected version, send it, and get that one approved: the history then reads in order, with the mistaken approval and the real one both in it, which is what actually happened. If the client wants it noted, they can say so in the note on the new approval.
The one thing that removes an approval is deleting the whole project, which removes everything else with it. Deleting a version leaves its approvals in place, pointing at a version that is gone.
If an approval was obtained in a way you need corrected rather than supplemented, write to support and say what happened. We would rather talk about it than give everyone a delete button on their own evidence.
