How can a client withdraw an approval?
The reviewer can use Withdraw to remove their approval. Check any released files separately.
Open the same review link in the browser used to approve and choose Withdraw. This updates the approval status and keeps the earlier approval in the history, marked as withdrawn. If you cannot use that browser, ask the engineer to withdraw it for you; the history identifies withdrawals made by the engineer.
Withdrawal is not a revision to the audio and does not recall files already downloaded. Check released files and use Unrelease if downloads should stop while the work is reviewed again.
Soneam attempts to notify the engineer by email when approval is withdrawn.
