Approving an album, then sending the DDP
Review and approve the audio tracks, then add the zipped DDP to Delivery. Soneam does not validate the DDP itself.
Use the review link for the audio approval and Delivery for the DDP file.
Approval. The client listens to the uploaded versions and selects Approve. For an album, all tracks are selected by default; the client should check the selection before confirming. Each approval identifies the selected version.
Delivery. Add the zipped DDP under Add extra files, check the file list and any balance, then choose Release files. The client downloads from the same review link. See supporting delivery files.
Approval of the uploaded tracks does not validate the DDP’s sequencing, gaps, metadata or contents. Check the DDP separately with an appropriate player or validation tool before sending it to the plant.
For vinyl, confirm the cutting engineer’s requirements. You can include side WAV files and a track sheet in the delivery.
