How can I keep client mix feedback in one place?
Use a Soneam review link for the next round of mix notes. Clients can comment at a specific point in the track, without creating an account.
In Soneam, each comment is attached to the mix version the client heard and a position in the track. You can reply in the same thread. Clients can also record a voice note or attach a reference track, lyrics or a screenshot.
Sending a link does not move the conversation by itself. Ask the client to leave the next round of notes on the review page. Soneam does not import messages from WhatsApp or email.

Upload the mix to Soneam, open the project and copy the review link beneath its title.

Send the link in your usual chat or email, with a request to leave mix notes on the page. A message you can adapt is below.

The client opens the link, pauses at the point they want to discuss and writes in the comment box. They check the time beside the box, then press the send arrow. Their name is requested on the first comment; they do not need an account.

Reply in the comment thread. If a note still arrives in chat, ask the client to add it to the review page so it stays with the right mix version.

Keep any earlier chat or email notes until you have dealt with them. They are not copied to Soneam when you share a link.
