What happens to my files if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You drop to the free plan, links keep working, and files above 10 GB are kept for at least 12 months.
Cancelling moves you to the free plan at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted and no link stops working. Everything you and your clients uploaded is still there, every review link still opens, and every delivery a client already has can still be downloaded.
What changes is what you can add. Once you are above the free plan's 10 GB, new uploads are refused until you delete something or subscribe again. The same applies to the five-project limit: existing projects stay open, and creating the sixth is what stops.
Files above the free allowance are kept for at least 12 months after your paid plan ends. After that we may remove the excess, and we will email you before anything goes. A year is meant to cover a quiet stretch or a change of plan without you having to decide anything in a hurry.
Deleting your account is the only thing that removes files, and it removes all of them. That is a separate action you have to take on purpose.
