Which emails does Soneam send me?
Comments, plays, approvals, files, downloads and card payments, each with its own switch in Settings.
Open Settings → Notifications to turn each type of email on or off. Changes are saved automatically.
- Comments: new client comments and replies.
- Plays: sent about ten minutes after recorded playback, at most once every 24 hours per link.
- Approvals: approvals, withdrawals and requests for changes.
- Files from clients: files received through an upload link.
- Downloads: a download of released files is recorded.
- Card payments: a confirmed card payment makes downloads available.
Turning a notification off does not remove the activity record from the project.
Product updates have a separate opt-in and an unsubscribe link. Account emails, such as password resets, address confirmations and plan notices, are sent when needed and cannot be disabled here.
