Which files can I upload?
WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3, AAC and M4A, up to 600 MB a file. Clients can send ZIPs and DAW sessions, up to 2 GB.
Masters and mixes: WAV, FLAC, AIFF (.aiff or .aif), MP3, AAC and M4A, up to 600 MB per file. That is about six and a half minutes at 192 kHz and 32-bit, so ordinary masters are nowhere near it. The limit is per file, so a set of stems is fine as long as no single stem is over it.
When a client sends you files through an upload request, they can send those plus a ZIP and the project file from most editors: Ableton, FL Studio, Reaper, Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Studio One, Digital Performer, Bitwig, Reason, Cakewalk and Audition. Sessions arrive as sessions rather than as something renamed to get past a filter. Logic is missing from that list for a reason: a Logic project is a folder rather than a file, so it travels as a ZIP like any other folder. Client uploads are allowed up to 2 GB a file, which is the ceiling that matters for a zipped session or a folder of stems.
The two ceilings are different because the files do different work. Yours are analysed: loudness, true peak, the waveform and the lossless preview are all computed on upload, and 600 MB is where that stays quick. What a client sends is stored and handed to you, so it can be larger.
Every file is checked by its contents, not its extension, so renaming something to .wav will not get it in. Multichannel and immersive formats are not supported, because our loudness and peak figures would be wrong for them and a wrong number is worse than a missing one.
